Conditions of Sale

These conditions of sale are for items and services offered by "with Created Expression". These conditions are effective April 04, 2007.

Start/Delivery Dates

To ensure that delivery dates of any our services fit your schedule, please contact us before engaging us in them. For more extended services, we will work with you to come up with a table outlining the steps, tasks and dates involved on both of our ends.

Once payment has been recieved, we will lock in start and delivery dates with you, if and when appropriate. Notably, if we do not deliver due to something on our end, you will be refunded the cost of the step involved. We cannot, though, assume responsibility or costs for delayed delivery due to something on your end.

Payments/Refunds

With Created Expression uses PayPal as the means for payment for any items or services purchased from us and as the means for refunding any money owed back to you. PayPal is safe and easy for both of us and using it is free for you. Financial information you provide to PayPal stays with PayPal. It does not come to with Created Expression whether your payment is a one time or a recurring transaction.

Cancellations

For site set-up, installations and design work, cancellations are possible up to one week before the beginning of the agreed upon project start date. To cancel an order, please contact us stating your intentions and remembering to include your invoice number in your message. Once cancelled, your money will be fully refunded.

Your site and files are yours to do with you as you would so, of course, hosting may be cancelled at any moment. Please do though let us know that you no longer require this service in order that we may clean up our accounts and disks and that you can be ensured of a clean departure. Please remember to state an "effective as of" date. The cost of hosting for one year is a bonus service we offer with our packages. This means that no money will be returned to you regardless of how much time is left in your (free to you) year.

Hosting Agreements

Site set-up and installation agreements come with 12 months of hosting. This latter is a bonus service we offer so, although the hosting of your site is in arrangement with The Collective Edge, your hosting agreement is with Created Expression. This means that it is up to with Created Expression to work out hosting costs and payments for you, for the first 12 months of our (yours with Created Expression) agreement. The effective start date of your hosting services is the start date that we (you with Created Expression) have determined for the installation of your site. The effective end date is 12 months after this original installation date.

Once the 12 month period of hosting covered through your agreement with Created Expression is over, you become responsible for your own hosting contracts. You may then, as any time during your agreement with Created Expression, choose to continue hosting with The Collective Edge, contract with another company or set up a maintenance agreement with Created Expression covering another year of hosting for your site.

Copyrights

The files hosted with The Collective Edge, even if installed, set-up or maintained by with Created Expression, are your property and, as such, are ultimately your responsibility. With Created Expression ensures that any files we set up for you are not infringing any software or content copyrights or terms of use set up the hosting company. You are responsible for ensuring this for files you add, modify or take away with you.
